Disability Support Services reviews, processes and provides support for Social Security Administration disability claims for residents of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. The systems department supports 450 users using Microsoft Windows 7, Office 2010, Sharepoint, IBM iSeries, and other internal software packages.
Working with Systems Manager to introduce policies and procedures: data protection for office equipment (photocopiers), quarterly/yearly review of accounts and group policy settings, least access permissions for data and other best practices.
Brining improvements to variety of systems support services. Ex: Scanning Workstation replacements – Reduced the downtime per staff member from 4-5 hours to less than 30 minutes; Savings of 21-27 hours in customer downtime.
Continually receiving praises from staff and management for my educational approach to delivering service, completing projects on time, training staff and other support services.
